Breathing and Grieving

Breath-based integrative grief care for regulation, release, and reconnection.

Grief moves in waves—and so do we. In my practice, breath work isn’t a tool for “fixing” grief. It’s an invitation to be with it—in your body, gently and steadily, breath by breath.

In Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM), grief is associated with the Lungs. Breath is the gateway to the Lungs and to presence—connecting body, emotion, and spirit.

This offering is for anyone carrying heartbreak, loss, change, or uncertainty—whether your grief is fresh, buried, ancestral, or mysterious.

What to Expect

  • A slow, spacious practice to soften the armour around grief

  • Gentle breath techniques to stay present without overwhelm

  • Options for stillness, movement, sound, or quiet tears

  • Time to rest, reflect, and integrate

This is not performance breathwork. This is breath as ritual. Breath as prayer. Breath as space.
