RELEASE Soup!

During Fall we have an opportunity to align seasonally and use the environmental change from Summer to Winter to catalyze transformation. Cleansing with Whole Foods supports the body to get free from the debris of LIFE and uplift organ, energy and spirit functions in the spaciousness that comes with eating whole foods.

When we eat food in its original form the body doesn't have to work hard to get at the goodness. This allows for space and ease, thus amplifying the body's natural ability to heal, cleanse and release that which no longer serves.

Fall is Lung season in Traditional East Asian Medicine and eating Lung Qi friendly foods boosts Lung Qi & Wei Qi (Defensive Qi - Immunity). Grief, sadness and clear communication are also connected to Lungs and eating Lung Friendly foods can be a way to attend to grief, or listen deeply to Self and get clear on what one wants and what one is up to.

This soup has pungent food and herbs, plus veggies that move and nourish your Qi!
