Feeling Qi
This one started out as a simple "come dance with me" and has elevated into an opportunity to feel your Qi flow.
Starting with your hands.
Take your hands and rub them together briskly, allowing them to warm up
Do this for about 1-2 minutes
Take your hands apart about 4-6 inches and bounce them back and forth as if there is a magnetism in between them
Any heat, tingling, vibrations you feel here is a reflection of your Qi.
I liken the sensation of feeling Qi to the feeling of bubble bath in between the hands as you move your hands back and forth playing with the bubbles. Did you ever do that as a kid? or as an adult when washing the dishes? Check it out for yourself now, and don't fret, eventually the sensations become clear.
Keep playing with your Qi. In your hands, and all over your being.
Now, you are invited to take whatever awareness of Qi you have cultivated here and come dance with me.
The track in this flow is "Last Yearn" by Kilo , the song starts about 1 min in.
Free your Flow, free your soul
